Lauren Bourland is the COO at Custom Source Woodworking, an Architectural Woodwork and Millwork company, where she is responsible for managing the workflow as well as the financial health of the company. Applying her knowledge and experience, Lauren has brought Custom Source Woodworking from the verge of closure into a financially healthy position. She has accomplished this by implementing open-book management, minigames, and financial impact training for all departments within the company. Lauren is passionate about learning and creating an engaged and efficient work environment. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, recently hiking to the top of Mailbox Peak to celebrate a good friend’s recovery from cancer.
