Mike Serwa

Mike Serwa grew up in the family business of two start up tooling companies– both still in successful operation today– involved with every aspect of the cutting tool manufacturing business. In college he trained in engineering and sales and returned that strength to the business. Since 1988 he has been working directly with woodworking companies specifying cutting tools. Mike has written articles and given technical seminars at trade events and technical colleges.  He has completed training courses in AutoCAD and Solid Works as well as numerous machine specific softwares and a Leadership Excellence (G2) training course.
