Jackson Morrill joined the Composite Panel Association (CPA) as President in April 2015. He is an environmental lawyer by training with a strong background in environmental law and policy. Before coming to CPA, he served as Director for the American Chemistry Council (ACC), where he managed the Formaldehyde Panel, directing comprehensive state and federal advocacy initiatives, communications, third-party outreach and scientific studies on formaldehyde. For ten years Jackson taught as an adjunct professor at Washington College of Law of American University, and prior to ACC, practiced environmental law for 5 years at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. He also worked for a number of years as an environmental legal consultant at The World Bank. Jackson graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School and received his BA with High Distinction from the University of Virginia.
