Davis M. Woodruff

Davis M. Woodruff is a Professional Engineer and an ISO approved Certified Management Consultant. After holding an executive position with 3M (and becoming the youngest manufacturing superintendent in the company), leading the team that produced the first home video films in the U.S. and assisting with a plant start-up in Europe, Davis formed the management consulting company, Management Methods.  He is a recognized expert in showing companies how to be the low cost, high quality, environmentally responsible leaders in their industry. Davis is the author of Taking Care of the Basics: 101 Success Factors for Managers, and Numbers to People: Making the Leap from Technical Expert to Successful Leader; as well as DVDs, e-books, and eight online professional development courses.
